Moment is an AI-powered focus and productivity assistant that provides:

• Focus timer and Pomodoro technique tools
• Task and to-do list management
• Goal tracking and habit formation features
• AI-powered voice commands and coaching
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Cross-device sync capabilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Premium Subscription

• No refunds for partial subscription periods

In-App Purchases

Purchases made through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.

Restore Purchases

If you need to restore a purchase after reinstalling the app or switching devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app or contact moment.hereafter@gmail.com.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moment, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by using our account deletion page or by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
