Google & Third-Party Access

• Google Sign-In: We access your Name and Email address when you sign in with Google.
• Calendar Integrations: If you allow connections to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, we access your calendar events to display them within the app and provide AI-powered scheduling assistance. We do not use this data for advertising or any other secondary purposes.

We use your data for the following purposes:

The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere toGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We retain your data as follows:

• Active accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion request, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
• Backups: Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion
